• Pre-rinse loose dust and debris before chemical application
• Soak fan coil, blower wheel, and drainage components in our calibrated cleaning solution
• Scrub the blower wheel blades by hand, since this is where most airflow loss hides
• High-pressure water jet the evaporator coil to strip bacterial biofilm and remaining residue
