Terms of Service
Effective 21 April 2026. The terms under which we work with you.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern services provided by iCare Aircon Servicing ("iCare Aircon", "we"). By booking our services or using our website, you accept these Terms.
1. Our services
iCare Aircon provides aircon servicing, chemical wash, repair, installation, and related services to residential and small-commercial customers in Singapore. Pricing for general servicing is published on our website. Quotes for other services are provided after site inspection.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when we send you a WhatsApp message, email, or verbal confirmation of date and time. We may reschedule for weather, emergency, or unforeseen operational reasons, giving as much notice as possible.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Payment is due upon completion of the service visit unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card. Published general servicing prices are fixed; other service prices are quoted on-site before work commences.
4. Diagnosis fees
For repair and complex troubleshooting work, we charge a diagnosis fee (typically S$80), which is credited toward the final repair cost if you proceed with our recommended repair. If you decide not to proceed, the diagnosis fee is payable for the site visit.
5. Cancellation
Please give us at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking. Same-day no-shows may be charged a S$40 call-out fee to cover technician travel time.
6. Workmanship warranty
We offer a 90-day workmanship warranty on all servicing and repair work we perform. If the same issue we addressed recurs within 90 days of the job date, we will return and re-address it at no additional labour cost. Parts supplied carry the manufacturer's warranty (varies by part, typically 1–5 years).
Warranty exclusions
- New faults unrelated to the work performed
- Damage caused by customer actions after the service visit
- Normal wear and tear on components not replaced
- Refrigerant loss from new leak locations not identified during the original job
- Work performed on units subsequently serviced or modified by another party
7. Installation warranty
For new aircon installations, our 90-day workmanship warranty covers installation-related issues (leaks at flare joints, drainage tilt, wall-bracket security, electrical work). The aircon unit itself carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1-year parts, 5–10 year compressor).
8. Property and access
You are responsible for providing reasonable access to the unit and work area. For MCST-managed properties, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary access approvals and lift bookings. We will coordinate paperwork where reasonable.
9. Damage and liability
We take reasonable care during work, using drop sheets and covering furniture where relevant. Any damage directly caused by our technicians should be reported within 48 hours of the service visit for us to assess and remedy. We carry public liability insurance for larger property damage events.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., food spoilage during aircon downtime, loss of business). For installation work, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults in the property (e.g., electrical panel issues, pre-installed piping defects) unless these are explicitly brought within scope and quoted.
10. Customer responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your aircon and the issue when booking
- Inform us of any unusual access constraints (security clearances, lift restrictions)
- Pay agreed prices promptly on completion
- Reasonably maintain the unit as recommended between services
11. Intellectual property
Content on https://icareaircon.com (text, images, logos) is owned by iCare Aircon or used with permission. Do not reproduce without written consent. Customer photos may be used in service records; we will not publish identifying customer photos without consent.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on our homepage for 30 days.
