How iCare Aircon began
iCare Aircon started in 2016 with a clear vision: to provide high-standard air conditioning services tailored specifically to the demanding needs of Singapore's high-humidity climate. Starting from a modest industrial unit, we recognised that local families and businesses needed more than quick fixes. They required durable, efficient cooling solutions designed to run optimally year-round in our tropical weather.

Our headquarters at 541 Jurong West Ave 1 gives us direct access to estates across the island. Our 18-strong team serves residential and commercial clients in Tampines, Jurong East, Woodlands, Punggol, Bedok, Toa Payoh, Marine Parade, and Orchard.
Same-day service is available island-wide for standard appointments. For emergencies, we dispatch within two hours. Our pricing and 90-day workmanship warranty apply equally regardless of your postcode.

What we choose not to do
We focus on quality over volume. A few honest commitments:
- We do not race to the bottom on price. Our pricing is fair and transparent. If you are looking strictly for the cheapest quote, we may not be the right fit.
- We do not mask refrigerant leaks. Aircon is a sealed system. If you are losing gas, there is a leak. We find and fix it rather than offering recurring top-ups.
- We do not push unnecessary chemical washes. If a regular service is sufficient, we will tell you. We recommend chemical washes only when the coil condition genuinely requires it.
- We do not subcontract. Every technician who arrives is part of our in-house team with the same training, uniform, and warranty accountability.

Founder & Licensed HVAC Technician, iCare Aircon
Mr Chong founded iCare Aircon in Jurong after more than 10 years in Singapore’s HVAC industry. He started as an apprentice technician on HDB rooftops, moved into commercial chiller work, then built iCare Aircon to offer honest, diagnostics-first aircon servicing across Singapore. He holds a BCA-licensed contractor registration, NEA-certified refrigerant handler status, and personally trains every technician on the team. Mr Chong writes these guides to answer the same questions he hears on every job call.
