Published, fixed pricing
Our per-unit servicing pricing is on this page. Repair and chemical wash scope vary by condition, so those are quoted on the site visit — using the same transparent per-unit logic.

Our pricing principles
Fixed, not hourly. You pay per visit, not per hour we spend. A simple fix and a complex one cost the same service fee.
Written quote before work. Diagnosis fee separated from work fees. You approve the scope and cost before we start.
No surprise add-ons. If we find more than expected, we pause, explain, and re-quote. You choose whether to proceed.
Same pricing everywhere. No surcharges by postcode. West Region, Central Region — same rates.
Questions Answered
Pricing FAQ
How much does aircon servicing cost in Singapore?
iCare Aircon charges from S$50 for a single unit, scaling to S$115 for six units per visit. All prices are published on our pricing page and confirmed before work begins. No hidden fees or surprise charges.
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes. Every servicing and repair job is backed by our 90-day workmanship warranty. If the same issue recurs within that period, we return and fix it at no additional cost.
Does my aircon need a gas top-up every year?
No. Air conditioning operates as a sealed refrigerant system. If it consistently loses gas, there is a leak that needs to be found and repaired. We locate and fix the leak first, then recharge the system. Recurring top-ups without leak detection are a sign of an underlying problem.
